Are you lacing up to hit the pavement or treadmill today? Getting ready to start training for a 5K, 10K, 1/2 or full Marathon? Today is as good a day as any to make a new start or commit to a new fitness plan!
For me exercise NEEDS to be FUN! Needs to have the intensity to get the job done & RUNNING fits the bill. I run without music most of the time…it's my therapy. I can run through my day, figure out things that I was struggling with & get in a better mood just by pumping my arms & legs & letting loose! So, what are you waiting for? RUN!!!
